Just go back from whipping up a batch of beer at O.H.S.O. Brewery. I enrolled in a class with them and got to make my own beer. It was a really great experience, but my pineapple ham flavored beer didn’t turn out quite as delicious as I had imagined. I recommend taking one of their classes. They are top notch.
